Do you ship internationally?

Yes. When seleting a shipping option during checkout, choose the Priority Mail International. Please review our shipping policy for more information.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes. During checkout, PayPal is displayed as a payment option.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, through PayPal's Bill Me Later® at checkout. You may also click on any of the PayPal banners on our site for financing requirements.

Do you offer cash refunds?

Yes. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee along wit the optio to exchange and item for equal or lesser value. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

Can I use a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. gift card to pay?

Yes. Please make sure you have registered the gift card with the appropriate card issuer and follow the card issuer's guidelines for making online purchases.

Can you guarantee that I will receive my order by a certain date/time?

No, we are not able to guarantee that you will receive your order by a certain date/time.  During checkout, we provide an estimated delivery time that is specified by the shipping carrier.  Once the shipping carrier has possession of the order, it is difficult to determine the exact delivery time.  Delivery dates and times is the responsibility of the shipping carrier once they take possession of your order.   If your order is time sensitive, please choose the appropriate shipping option and include a note of the time sensitivity during the checkout process.
