- Do you have a gift registry?
Yes, we have a free gift registry. Please click "Add New" under our Gift Registry section located on the side of any of our pages. There will be a short form to fill out to set it up. You can also invite friends and family via email to view your registry by entering their email addresses in the form. Also choose to make it publicly or privately searchable.
- Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Our gift certificates are delivered electronically to the email address you specify for your recipient. The gift certificates have a minimum purchase amount of $25 and a maximum purchase limit of $100. Purchaser has two options when specifiying a gift certificate amount:
- Specify an amount of choice between $25.00 and $100.00 or
- Choose a predetermined amount in increments of $25 from drop down menu
In addition to purchasing a gift certificate, there is the option to add additional products from our catalog to the certificate for the recipient via the "Add Additional Gift Items" area at the bottom of the certificate form. These items along with the gift certificate will be added to the shopping cart at checkout and delivered to your recipient.
Redemption of the gift certificate cannot be used to offset shipping costs. Gift certificates do not expire.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes. When checking out, please choose the shipping option, Priority Mail International. Also, please review our shipping policy for additional shipment information regarding duties and taxes.
- Can I pay with my PayPal account?
Yes, you can. Once you place your order through the shopping cart, PayPal will be displayed as a payment option.
- Do you offer financing?
Yes for orders of $99 or more. We offer Bill Me Later® thru PayPal. Click on any of the PayPal banners to obtain additional information about the program.
Do you offer cash refunds?
No, we do not offer cash refunds for return items. However, we provide the option to exchange the item for another item of equal or lesser value (less shipping) or the choice of a store credit in the form of a gift certificate code. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional information.
- How Do I Request A Return?
To request a refund, you should register for a user account found under the "My Account" section located on any of our web pages. If you made your original purchase as a 'guest', you should register your account using the same email address you entered when you placed your order.
Once you've logged in to your account, perform the following steps:
- Under "My Account" click "Orders"
- Click "Search Order ID" and enter your original order ID with the pound sign (#)
- Click order id from search result
- Click link "Registration of the return" above "Print Invoice (PDF)" icon
- Fill out form and submit
- Can I a gift card from VISA, Mastercard, American Express, etc?
Yes. Please make sure that prior to using your gift card that you have registered it with the appropriate card issuer. Please contact the card issuer and follow their instructions on registering your card. Please follow their instructions on how to use the card when making online purchases.
- Can you guarantee that I will receive my order by a certain day and time?
No, we do not guarantee delivery dates and times. During checkout, we provide an estimated delivery time that is provided by the shipping carrier. Once the package is given to the shipping carrier, it is difficult to determine an exact delivery time.
If you require an order to be delivered by a certain date and time, it is suggested that you choose the Express Shipping option during checkout and include a note in the note field of the time sensitivity of your package.
The Express Shipping option is a delivery date and time guarantee provided by the shipping carrier not BellisimaBabyBags.com.
