Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 2 business days (Mon. - Fri.) to process your order. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on U.S. Federal Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed during the holiday season, require an additional 1-2 days for processing. 

  • Various shipping options are provided during checkout for your convenience, however, we exercise the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice to ensure prompt delivery service of our products. Shipment delivery times are not guaranteed (with the exception of Priority Express Delivery), therefore, delivery times are an estimate in additon to order processing time. 


  • An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.

  • If your order is time sensitive and needs to be delivered by a certain date and time, it is suggested that you choose the Express Shipping option during checkout and include a message in the Checkout Note Field of the time sensitive nature.

  • Orders for Express Delivery must be received by 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday thru Friday in order for products to be shipped the next business day.

  • International orders ship via the United States Postal Service as Priority Mail International shipments. The delivery time of this service is an estimated 6 - 10 buisness days after the order processing timeframe.

  • All international orders may take up to 2 weeks to clear customs and be delivered to the shipping address.  Please be aware we are not responsible for tariff and custom duties of shipped packages.  If a package is refused, the customer will be responsible for all tariff and custom duties for the returned package. We insure all international orders. A tracking number will be provided once the package ships.
