Shipping Policy

U. S. Ground Shipping Rates

*Order sub-total must be $150.01 or more in order to receive free shipping promotion in addition to any other advertised discounts.  Free shipping for orders $150.01 or more does not include shipments fo Hawaii and Alaska. 

Please allow 2 - 3 business days (Mon. - Fri.) to process your order.  Most products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, therefore, if several products are ordered they may arrive in separate shipment packages due to varied shipping locations. 

Most orders ship within 7 business days after processing, however, this will vary with the production time of the designer.  If the order to ship time is longer than the average 7 days, this will be noted in the product description.  For holiday orders, please expect to add 2 - 3 additional days for processing. 

We exercise the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice to ensure prompt delivery service of our products. Shipment delivery times are not guaranteed, therefore, delivery times are estimated. If the customer needs an order delivered by a certain date and time, it is suggested that they chose the Express Shipping option during checkout and include a note in the note field.

Sorry, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional shipping surcharge of $19.00 above our standard shipping rates.  The surcharge is already included in the shipping price when checking out. 

During special shipping promotions we may have from time to time, the shipping surcharge of $19.00 will become a flat shipping fee to these states ONLY for the duration of the promotion or unless otherwise stated.   We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees and surcharges without prior notice as we deem necessary.

The above standard shipping rates are in effect unless otherwise stated due to occasional shipping promotions.  Shipping charges for some packages are based on the weight of the package.  The price you are given when placing an online order is an estimate and it is sometimes necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card.  If you have any questions regarding the cost of shipping, please email us at customerservice@bellisimababybags.com and we will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

Expedited Delivery - Continental USA Only 

Orders for Express delivery will incur a $39.99 shipping fee and must be received by Noon (12:00pm) Eastern Standard Time (EST) in order for products to be shipped the same day.  If an Express Delivery order is received after that time, the package will ship the next business day.  PLEASE CALL IF AN EXCEPTION IS NEEDED.  Not all items are available for Express Shipping.  We will contact you if this becomes an issue after placing your order.  Also, you may contact us before placing your order.

 Canadian Shipping Prices

 For countries other than Canada, we ship internationally for a flat shipping rate of $40. This is an expedited service of 5-7 days after the order processing timeframe.

All international orders may take up to 2 weeks to clear customs and be delivered to the shipping address.  Please be aware we are not responsible for tariff and custom duties of shipped packages.  If a package is refused, the customer will be responsible for all tariff and custom duties for the returned package. We insure all international orders. A tracking number will be provided once the package ships.
