Out of Stock Policy

At times, we may list a product as "in stock" at the time of your purchase, however, due to an item's popularity, this may cause an increased volume of transactions and the product may become out of stock by the time your order is processed.
If this situation occurs, we will notify you of the item's unavailability and present the following options:
- Even Exchange of product(s) for another product(s) of equal value OR
- Provide a 100% refund of the entire amount of your order
We will also issue you a "10% off your next purchase" voucher code due to the inconvenience the situation may have caused.
We will contact you by email. We ask that you respond within 72 hours of our email with your choice to better serve you. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, we will automatically cancel your order and refund your money.
We reserve the right to change or alter the options and this entire policy at our sole discretion without prior notice.
